Homemade Spring Rolls

Anyone for appetizers?
This treat is very simple and fast to get done

What You'll Need:

Premade Rice Paper
Pre-peeled Shrimp
Lettuce
Carrots
Cucumber
Vermicelli noodles (cooked)
Hoisin Sauce
Peanut Butter
Optional Cooked Pork

Making It:
Boil pre-peeled shrimp until flesh pinkens
Dip Rice paper into water until it softens
Cut vegetables into thin slices

Once all the above is completed: Place vegetables and shrimp (cooked pork optional) into rice paper, wrap.
Mix small bits of chunky peanut butter into hoisin sauce.
Serve hoisin sauce with spring rolls as a dip
